Who handles a request

Information you choose to provide

The project form asks for your name, email, phone, ZIP code, approximate floor area, space type, floor condition, existing coating, finish interest, timing, project details, and optional photos. A partner code may record who introduced the project. A support request records its subject and message. The site also uses technical request data needed to operate and secure the service.

How the information is used

We use it to save and review your request, check service-area fit, prepare a preliminary range only when approved pricing is active, arrange a site review, provide a measured quote, coordinate a project, and answer support questions. A preliminary range is not a final bid. Photos are stored privately and are not portfolio or advertising material without separate permission.

Transactional replies about your own request are separate from optional promotional email and SMS consent. We do not treat submitting a form as permission for promotional texts. You can decline optional marketing without losing the project-request path.

Service providers and access

Vercel hosts the site and its API. Supabase stores inquiry, account, and private-file records when project submissions are open. Authorized staff and assigned field partners receive only the information needed for their roles.

Retention and requests

Project and support records are kept while needed to handle the request, service obligations, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping duties. Access is limited to the operating team; private files are not made public by the upload flow. You may ask the responsible contact for access, correction, or deletion. We will review the request against any records we must retain.
